“Move Inn” is a gorgeous vacation home with a private pool that is located in the south area of Daytona Beach, in Port Orange.

Why Orlando? When you travel to Orlando, a visit to one of the theme parks in the city is an absolute must. You just can not get bored in places like Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld. These attractions are close to our vacation home, on the east coast of Florida.

The master bedroom offers a pillow top king size bed, the second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom contains a comfortable king size bed as well. PAYMENT POLICY

• We accept only wire transfer, Paypal, Checks (USA & Canada)**
• Deposit: 25% Down payment required upon booking with signed rental contract
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 60 days prior to check-in date

If your travel itinerary is such that you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Primary renter must be 25 or over and must be staying in the vacation home during reservation period.

The renter agrees that in the event of failure to agree by arbitration, proceedings will be held in the Volusia County Court. After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and all court costs and expenses to enforce this agreement including appellate proceeds with or without legal proceedings.
In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:

• 75% refund of deposit, if cancelled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• 40% refund of deposit, if cancelled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date

**Additional banking fees may be charged depending on the method of payment**

REFUND POLICY

If a guest must cancel less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date, and if requested by the guest, we will endeavor to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved. The amount if recouped by us will be given in payment to the original guest, less payment method fees. It is up to the sole discretion of the owners to advertise last minute pricing strategy in order to re-rent the property. It is not guaranteed by the owners that the property will be re-rented. Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent the accommodation. There will be no refund if the owners unable to re-rent the accommodation.

It is strongly recommended that the guest buys travel insurance to cover the cost of your rental in case of a cancellation.
